Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and facilitating the Strategic business planning process.

  • Manage the production of project and workstream plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized and resourced to deliver project objectives, and comply with the organization's project and program management framework.

  • Plan and lead the delivery of a range of information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities and specify, negotiate, and agree on project deliverables.

  • Communicate action plans to deliver rapid visible, and sustainable step-change improvement in business performance, while strengthening and positioning the organization to win in the years ahead

  • Derive speed on different business functions and identify opportunities for business process improvement and actionable solutions to improve revenue, reduce OPEX and CAPEX, and improve resulting free cash flow

  • Responsible for the success of the One VTS project in relation to turnaround and transformation initiatives

  • Plan and coordinate the identification, elicitation of requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable. Generally done at the project level.

  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these.

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of in-house consulting projects, ensuring the successful delivery of internal stakeholder requirements

  • Prepare and present oral and written reports on the progress of organizational transformation to internal business leaders

  • Develop and drive the use of management and business tools (e.g. action tracker) to help the organization gain traction towards stated full potential of ambition with high agility and low risk

  • Facilitate working sessions with front-line employees and managers, connecting with and motivating all internal teams when appropriate, principally through coaching

  • Work with internal business leaders to take bold steps to alter strategic, operational, and financial trajectory in a sustainable manner

  • Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.

  • Challenge the status quo and provide responsible feedback to business and functional leaders to drive continuous improvement and the relentless pursuit of excellence

  • Establish parameters to ensure early adoption, effective utilization, and proficiency to new change initiatives for individual employees, departments, and organization as a whole.

  • Engage with business leaders, change champions and workstreams leads and members to ensure a seamless transition to change and organizational-wide successful implementation of change initiatives

  • Collaborate with respective Heads of Depts/Functions and HR to co-develop departmental organization structure to support business strategies and process improvements

  • Collaborate with People Managers to improve employee engagement to achieve a high performing workforce

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of consulting and/or industry experience with proven track record in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions

  • MBA or similar advanced degree in business administration or change management, with a strong record of academic achievement.

  • Ability to lead, influence and drive organizational change efforts

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong ability to synthesize team's findings into recommendations for presentation to senior leaders

  • Highly self-driven, well-structured yet flexible

  • Superior analytical skills and ability to solve problems methodologically

  • Strong project management skills, covering work planning, organization, prioritization, and time management

  • Strong executive presence and exhibit good executive communication that can speak to all levels of leadership both internally and externally
